And the Winner of this week’s #SixWordStoryChallenge is…

WINNERGood Evening Storytellers,

Fridays bring the conclusion to the Six Word Story Challenge.

This week, I left you the prompt of Renewal.

If you haven’t had a chance to read through the entries, pop over to the challenge page and read through this week’s submissions.

As usual, you’ve been voting for your favourites for 24hrs. The results are neck and neck! So the joint winners of this week’s Six Word Story challenge are:

Joint first place goes to Peter’s Pondering with “His decomposing body produced brilliant roses!” and Vaibhav “We finally became friends after divorce”

Joint Second place goes to Em with “Bruises ached, she kissed him forgivingly” and Ron877Ron877 with At “85, took the vows again”, and Wonderwall with “Librarian Stamped Book. Magic Time Extended”

Third place goes to Ellenbest24, with “Life began once the contract lapsed”

The winners get to download and use one of these highly prized badges for their blog.

As always, thank you for taking part. There will be a new prompt published for you on Saturday morning at 9am GMT over at Wonderwall360, my fellow #SixWordStoryChallenge host! Head over there and give her a follow now, so you don’t miss out!

Have a lovely weekend Storytellers!

    • In the case of a tie, should we just allocate one first, second and third according to which we think best? I think that’s how Nicola always used to do it, rather than awarding joint prizes – but I felt a bit mean picking my favourites! What does everyone think?
